Heronslea Pick Charity 'Rett UK' in Honour of Florie

Leading Hertfordshire developer, Heronslea Group, has announced their ‘Charity of the Year’ – Rett UK – which supports people affected by Rett syndrome and their families.

“The choice of Rett UK is particularly poignant for Heronslea as Florie-Rae, the daughter of our Commercial Manager, Adam De’Ath has the disorder, “ explains Heronslea CEO, Jason Rishover.

“We hope that we can play a part in raising funds for Rett UK that will help Florie-Rae, her family as well as others similarly affected.”Heronslea will be announcing their programme going forward to support Rett UK and have initially given the charity £500 as a ‘launch’ contribution.

A Leap for Rett!

Florie's steps!

Florie has been attending private physio at the Centre 'Kid's Physio Works' near Colchester.

She has maed amazing progress and is much stronger on her feet as well as placing steps!

This is a on-going therapy, and with Florie's fund we are able to fund this.

We hope to fit in a intense block to really push Florie.

Her physio Chris is positive about this extra help. Our aim is to get Florie back up on her feet, with little help from us, we are certainly going in the right direction.

Below is a video of Florie woring on the treadmill.
